As a CSS in Adverse Subrogation you will be responsible for applying cost containment strategies including coverage/liability denials, comparative negligence and reductions of unreasonable damage payments by adverse insurers.
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize a high volume workload and multi-task
Strong negotiations skills
Effective writing skills
Desired candidates will have an Associates or Bachelors Degree, or equivalent related work experience

- Deny all claims where our insured is not deemed liable or does not have applicable coverage
- Negotiate liability and damage settlements with other insurance carriers
- Prepare well written contentions for arbitration filings when liability and/or damages are in dispute
- Able to navigate and document multiple systems
- Timely completion of all adverse subrogation activities in an effort to minimize net loss payout
- High levels of performance will be recognized and rewarded!
