As a CSS in Adverse Subrogation you will be responsible for applying cost containment strategies including coverage/liability denials, comparative negligence and reductions of unreasonable damage payments by adverse insurers.

• Deny all claims where our insured is not deemed liable or does not have applicable coverage
• Negotiate liability and damage settlements with other insurance carriers
• Prepare well written contentions for arbitration filings when liability and/or damages are in dispute
• Able to navigate and document multiple systems
• Timely completion of all adverse subrogation activities in an effort to minimize net loss payout
• High levels of performance will be recognized and rewarded!

Desired candidates will have an Associates or Bachelors Degree, or equivalent related work experience
