The Opportunity:

Applewood Plumbing Heating and Electric is seeking talented and ambitious candidates who understand the importance of providing top-notch customer service to join our team as a Dispatcher. This is your opportunity to get your foot in the door at one of the best places to work in Denver. The primary responsibilities of this role are to optimize our schedule by ensuring the right service professional is matched with the proper opportunity, pre- and post- appointment customer contact, and delivering job specifications to technicians.

In this position, you will be:
  • Contacting customers to ensure they are available for the technician to come to their home
  • Communicating with, supporting, and dispatching our technicians to all their jobs
  • Using your creative thinking & team work skills to ensure all your customers are taken care of each day
  • Plan and facilitate the schedule effectively and efficiently while providing first class service to our customers
  • Working in an upbeat, fast paced environment, where your multi-tasking and logistical skills will be put to test
  • Following up with our customers to determine satisfaction levels
The right candidate will meet the following requirements:
  • Professional and empathetic phone demeanor
  • Outstanding communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Solution oriented with the ability to remain patient and empathetic
  • Able to analyze a situation quickly and prioritize based on company guidelines
  • Strong, applicable knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
