Northwest's Largest Tree Preservation Company is looking for hard working individuals who enjoy the outdoors.
Walk through beautiful neighborhoods talking to home owners about their trees, shrubs, and preservation efforts. You will be scheduling no cost or obligation consultations with ISA Certified & Professional Arborists.
Work Independently! No need to meet at an office daily. We will provide you pre-selected Neighborhoods to work along with a Tablet you can use to clock in & out and enter any Leads set into our Employee Website.
No Experience Needed. Ongoing Training, Marketing Materials, Company Apparel are provided to you.
Must enjoy sales and building rapport. Ability to deal with rejection and overcome objections is key.
Compensation:
- Must be able to work 25-35 hrs. per week. Schedule will be Tuesday- Saturday
- Starting $15.00 - $18.00 / hour + Commission. Increases based on performance.
- Monthly Cell Phone Allowance
- Paid Sick Leave
- Medical & Optional Dental available for FT employees only after 60 days employment
- Additional Milestone Incentives can be earned which include Extra income and a Premium uniform package
Requirements:
- Prior Canvassing or Direct Marketing Preferred
- Reliable Vehicle, Driver’s License & Proof of Car Insurance
- Cell Phone & Internet Access
- Ability to walk min. 3+ miles/day uphill, stairs, uneven ground.
- Must be able to meet quota requirements weekly
