As an Outside Sales Energy Consultant, you will be responsible for maintaining, and growing the relationship with your existing customers to close deals, and build your book of business. You are in control of your own success here. You will be responsible for meeting, or exceeding sales goals set by the company.

We are looking for a consistent, dependable and trustworthy Outside Sales Energy Consultants with a proven track record of closing deals to join our team. Training is 100% provided by the company. Top reps are making $20- $30k a month. Sales contests weekly, sales spiffs, bonuses, and trips for sales reps.

**Highest commission pay in the industry PLUS Monthly Residual pay**

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in sale cycle with provided leads, and close deals daily
  • Designs systems face to face with homes owners Consultative approach in their home
  • Close deals in client homes
  • Analyze customers’ current, and future electrical usage design a system based on data collected
  • Present the benefit of solar to homeowners, and close deals on these basis: home value increase, ROI, Rebates, Customer owned systems vs. Lease options, Sale and Push value of our products.
  • Organization is key to keep track of your customers sale cycle
  • Coordinate with designated project manager to determine status of your customers projects
  • Drive to pre-set appointments daily around the target area

Qualifications:

  • Requires motivation
  • Work with a minimum amount of supervision
  • Successful track record of exceeding sales targets, building a new book of business and growing a market
  • Customer service skills required
  • Outgoing individual who enjoys social settings
  • Ability to speak publicly with confidence
  • Must have an entrepreneurial personality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required, as well as the ability to work in a team environment
  • Reliable and predictable attendance required
  • Ability to work Mon - Fri: 10 am to 7 pm & Every other Saturday - 10 am to 5 pm Occasional Sundays 10 am to 4 pm
  • Typically run 2-3 appointments daily between the lead times given to you daily
  • Valid state driver’s license, and ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screen
