This position is based out of our Scottsdale, Arizona location.

Requirements & Preferred Qualifications

• 3-5 years of recent front-line loan processing experience
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills and professional presence is a MUST
• Previous experience in Wholesale
• Working knowledge of TRID
• Solid understanding of FHA, Fannie and Freddie guidelines
• Experience within Encompass 360
• Strong desire to learn and begin a long term career with the right company

Position Responsibilities

• Management and oversight of your closing pipeline
• Providing unparalleled customer service that involves building client trust and managing client expectations
• Effectively handling tasks to get our families to the closing table
• Reviewing and submitting conditions for underwriter review eventually clearing conditions
• Communicate changes in deadlines, schedules, etc. to all required parties
• Provide daily and weekly updates to management team
