Star Bank is hiring a Loan Processor for its office in Maple Lake, MN. Maple Lake is west of Rockford and Buffalo, MN on Hwy 55. Star Bank is the only bank in Maple Lake. The work environment is both friendly and professional - a great place to develop and grow your skills!
Responsibilities include:
•Generate and process documents for consumer and commercial loan closings
•Provide administrative support to our lenders
•Assist in ordering appraisals, title work and flood determinations
•Maintain loan files
•Filing of credit/collateral documents
•Document tracking
•Process and file insurance policies and lien cards
•Management of tickler system
•Exception tracking
•Input and maintenance of loan information on core system
•Payment processing
•Pull paid notes and assist in release of liens
•Assist customers with account questions and inquiries
•Additional duties as assigned by management
Interpersonal skills:
•Strong customer service skills
•Detail orientedness / accuracy
•Excellent communication skills
•High level of motivation
•Problem solving ability
•Strong organizational skills
•Time management skills; ability to prioritize workflow
•Ability to adhere to prescribed routines and practices
