Job Summary:
The primary focus of this position is to assist the sales teams in writing contracts for Mobile Mini products and services, as well as, interacting with customers on a variety of topics to help enhance the customer experience.

The primary focus of this position is to assist the sales teams in writing contracts for Mobile Mini products and services, as well as, interacting with customers on a variety of topics to help enhance the customer experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide support and assistance to customer regarding:
- Products and services
- Research misapplied payments
- Process credit memos and write-offs
- Update purchase orders, address and name changes
- Process invoices by spreadsheet or manual processing
- Collect and verify account information for assigned ISRs
- Accurately price and understand product offerings to create proposals and contracts for the sales team
- Produce ad-hoc customer reports
- Return customer inquiries immediately to ensure excellent customer service
- Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining pertinent information and investigating, will be able to assist with write offs and credit memos
- Interact with branch personnel to fulfill customer orders
- Other duties as assigned. Regular attendance is required to fulfill the essential functions of the job.

- Bachelor’s degree or at least 1 years’ sales and/or customer service experience required
- Ability to multi-task with high degree of attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence the sale
- Bilingual a plus
- Communicate clearly: both verbal and written
- Strong research and problem solving skills
- Intermediate computer skills
