We are looking for a very resourceful individual that can achieve commissionable sales and marketing objectives while working in a dynamic multitasking environment. This is a cornerstone job with high visibility. Successful individuals are able generate sales with marketing and cold calling from industry lead sources to find opportunities.

The Inside Sales & Marketing Representative generates leads for sales organization through market research data mining in various vertical markets. Target IT decision makers in industry organizations, government entities; education, healthcare and other targeted industries.

Responsible for handling incoming sales calls. Able to prepare a written quote for a customer and follows-up with prospective customers. Reviews and processes incoming purchase orders from customers and prioritizes shipments to meet customers’ deadlines. Ensures that new purchase orders are entered.

Coordinates trade shows by planning, managing and carrying out the trade show event. Assists in the creation of a high-impact graphic design/message for the trade show booth. Travel to and support onsite execution and management of key events, including show set-up and take-down. Ensure processing of show leads in CRM system and distribution to sales force.

RESPONSIBILITIES & CORE DUTIES:

- Handling incoming sales calls

- Generate leads through use of web research and marketing lists

- Assist with definition of desired lead characteristics

- Research and determine contact information for appropriate leads

- Track lead volume and success rate

- Become proficient on the Engage products and market they are addressing

- Coordinate trade shows, help with shipping

- Prepare written quotes and follow-up with customers

- Review and process purchase orders

QUALIFICATIONS / BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Professional and ethical
- Punctual, reliable, independent

- Basic computer skills (Web browsing / research, Word, Excel)
- Detail oriented, multi tasking, and efficient in a fast-paced environment
- Well organized with strong time management skills
- Excellent written, oral and presentation skills

EDUCATION/TRAINING:
- High School diploma or equivalent with computer skill

- Knowledge of CRM Salesforce a plus

- Previous experience researching leads a plus
