As an Executive Administrative Business Partner, you're at the heart of Elysium’s operations and activities and the soul that keeps the office moving forward. You anticipate the needs of the executives you support and team members company wide, helping them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.

Working behind the scenes, you will make a significant impact on the people you support, employees throughout the office, and Elysium’s customers around the world. You are adept at leading and managing a variety of simultaneous projects, which requires the particular talent of being able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks (manage calendars, book travel, and schedule facilities and equipment).
  • Coordinate duties for multiple executives with complex scheduling and project requirements.
  • Ensure our headquarters is presented appropriately and levels of supplies, both consumable and otherwise, are at desired levels
  • Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define new operational strategies.
  • Serve as a technical lead for and manager of small projects.
Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree and an interest in health, health sciences, or biotech
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • 1+ year of direct executive support experience.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience serving as a project lead from conception to completion.
  • Experience managing purchase orders, accounts and invoices through the use of spreadsheet tools.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of process, project and program management theory and practices with the ability to apply them when solving operational issues.
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies; Interest and experience in using technology and the Internet to improve work efficiency.
