New Home Specialist Responsibilities:
- Create and initiate community marketing campaigns to attract new customers, foster referral business, and maintain business relationships with local real estate agents
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of customers’ needs and how those needs align with Eastwood Homes’ product design
- Demonstrate model home, floor plan designs, home features, and homesite availability to potential residents
- Understand architectural plans, blueprints, and site plans
- Facilitate contract documents as it pertains to the purchase of a new home
- Work alongside community builder to deliver 100% customer satisfaction

Qualifications
New Home Specialist Qualifications:
- Excellent written, verbal communication and customer service skills
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug and background screening
- Ability to work a minimum five day work week including Saturday and Sunday plus early evening weekday hours
- Must possess a clean, dependable vehicle accommodating at least 2 passengers that may be required to facilitate necessary job functions
- Proper business attire and personal hygiene required to represent company in a professional manner
- Hold a South Carolina real estate license maintaining appropriate continuining education credits and hung with company Broker-In-Charge where state law require. Must obtain provisional broker licensure, at a minimum, within 6 months from date of hire
