How you will be successful

To succeed, you must be a “hunter”, not a “farmer.” Putting your sales skills to work is a primary focus for your business to advance, no exceptions. Prospecting through extensive research and cold calling will be part of your daily responsibilities for you to gain new customers. This will also include having the skills to negotiate competitive rates with customers and carriers and managing their shipments from pickup to delivery.
