Compiles list of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from ad inquiries, trade shows direct mail responses, suppliers, business directories internet web sites and other sources

Makes outbound lead follow up calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and email to sell products and services

Handles inbound sales calls to convert calls into sales. Handle incoming calls concerning status of customers tires for recap and repair. Handle all walk-in sales calls. You must be professional, friendly and courteous when dealig with customers both on and off the phone.

Overcomes technical and price objections of prospective customers.

Provides product demos to customers on request

Writes up national account delivery receipts for road calls and takes orders from national account customers. Assist billing clerk as needed. Start billing for next day's deliveries.

Make collection phone calls, Dispatching, billing customers using multiple comuter programs, assist in billing as needed. Writes up road calls and takes orders for service tire account customers. Dispatching. Answering phones. Investigates and resolves customers complaints. Supporting employees. Many other office related duties.

Work with route drivers and salesmen every morning to expedite tags, workorders and national account billing. Predelivery work should be started the day before, with a phone call being made to the account for any needs.

Emphasizes product features, quotes prices, and prepares sales orders for obtained

Tracks inventory levels

Order inventory as needed to fulfill sales orders

Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowldege of STTCs productions nad delivery schedules.

Builds and maintaing customers relations

Investigaes and resolves customer problems.
