Position Description
The Support Administrator is responsible for serving as the face of SentriLock by welcoming our visitors, customers and guests and assisting them with their reason for the visit. The Support Administrator also will manage the company’s locksmith relationships, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and prepare and maintain department reports and communication.
Greet, direct, and assist visitors -
needs, wants and expectations.
Problem Solving - Defining, analyzing and diagnosing key
components of a problem to formulate a solution.
Self Starting - Demonstrating initiative and willingness to begin
working.
Time and Priority Management - Demonstrating self control and an ability to manage time and priorities.
Flexibility - Agility in adapting to change.
Greet, direct, and assist visitors -
- Greet SentriLock visitors and create a friendly and welcoming environment
- Adhere to Visitor Policy
- Direct and assist visitors with questions
- Report visitor log
- Adhere to customers processes
- Document accurate Support tickets
- Perform customer feedback follow up
- Respond to customer emails
- Stay updated on product information and knowledge
- Train customers on product
- Troubleshoot customer issues
- Assist in locksmith pitch/start up
- Answer locksmith telephone line
- Follow up on locksmith requests
- Invoice locksmiths
- Review Recently Closed Report and update locksmith ticket
- Submit locksmith work orders
- Update and process Certificate of Liability Insurance
- Assist with preparing department reports
- Enter customer feedback into worksheet
- Maintain current Support marketing tools
- Send emails to department
- Work with Marketing to maintain materials
- Participate in projects assigned by manager
- Maintain and follow ISO standards
- Seek out and complete appropriate training, development and research
- Knowledge of department processes
- Support the mission and goals of the company
