Position Description
A Customer Relationship Manager will contribute to the overall customer satisfaction by proactively developing and maintaining positive working relationship with customers and escalating and monitoring system and product issues. Customer Relationship Managers will also look to renew and/or extend long term contracts and encourage customer adoption and upgrades.
Deliver a “World Class” customer experience which results in exceeding company satisfaction goals for the quarterly CRM survey -
needs, wants and expectations.
Self Management - Demonstrating self control and an ability to manage time and priorities.
Interpersonal Skills - Effectively communicating building rapport and relating well to all kinds of people.
Teamwork - Working effectively and productively with others.
Written Communication - Writing clearly, succinctly and understandably.

Deliver a “World Class” customer experience which results in exceeding company satisfaction goals for the quarterly CRM survey -
- Communicate effectively by delivering consistent and detailed follow up via email and phone calls
- Proactively assist customers by providing appropriate resolutions to their issues
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer events to build customer relationships
- Display consistent strong verbal and written communications with internal and external customer interactions
- Proactively notify customers of product or system issues, enhancements and updates
- Conduct monthly association and agent trainings
- Conduct Customer Loyalty Reviews or market analyses to uncover possible trends
- Promote SentriLock University features and benefits
- Recognize and respond to association and agent training opportunities
- Conduct user group meetings to uncover training opportunities and/or opportunities for product improvement
- Uncover issues or areas of opportunity to be addressed for our customers
- Clearly communicate the issue or goals of our customers to the correct departments
- Utilize the help desk ticketing system to report, proactively follow up on, and resolve issues
- Report timely and clearly on progress and results to the customer
- Facilitate interdepartmental meetings and communicate follow up to rectify both internal and external issues
- Participate in projects assigned by manager
- Maintain and follow ISO standards
- Seek out and complete appropriate training, development and research
- Knowledge of department processes
- Support the mission and goals of the company
