Alpine Mechanical Services, LLC is pleased to announce we are currently searching for a Full-Time HVAC Service Coordinator / Dispatcher to be part of our team. This position is located in the Sellersville, PA office.
This position is primarily responsible for taking all incoming service calls and entering them into our call system software, scheduling and dispatching technicians, ordering and expediting all required parts, and closing service tickets upon completion of work.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• REQUIRED: at least 3 years of current HVAC (or Mechanical) Dispatching Experience. (Applicants without this wil NOT be considered.)
• Must be very organized, able to work in a fast paced environment and work under pressure.
• Must have extensive computer experience, ability to handle multiple technicians, and strong phone skills.
• Must be multi-tasking, extremely organized and a team player.
