Summary: Deliver new hire orientation, systems, compliance, functional, and soft skills training programs. Act as training support to business line for delivery of required training programs and solutions. Participate in project teams and contribute to design and development, as needed. Duties: 1. Deliver new hire orientation, systems, compliance, functional, and soft skills training programs. 2. Apply principles of adult learning to create a learning environment. 3. Act as training support to business line for delivery of required training programs and solutions. 4. Provide feedback to the Program Manager on the effectiveness of the program and any changes that may need to be made. 5. Coach associates in the classroom and continue to provide support to associates on-the-job, when not in class, through y-jacking, floor walking, and coaching. 6. Participate, when appropriate, in the analysis, design, and development phases of the training. 7. Act as a central point of contact for identifying and collecting information from site resources. 8. Implement evaluation and assessment tools to determine the effectiveness of training.
Specifications: 1. Minimum 1 year of experience at SPS required, specifically in loss mitigation or related area. 2. Experience facilitating training to small and large groups in a corporate setting preferred. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 4. Ability to effectively present information to management and staff in a variety of settings. 5. Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office products. 7. Positive attitude. 8. High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor degree preferred. 9. Experience with elearning and web-based training a plus. Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 20 pounds with or without accommodation.
