Position Summary

Leads the functions of the servicing system to add value in pursuit of business and strategic objectives which include the boarding of assets, servicing, dispositioning of assets, and monthly reporting. The Servicing Administrator is responsible for providing outstanding support to the Servicing & Finance Teams. The Servicing Administrator coordinates data and information and prepares internal and external reports for various departments.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Establishes & Manages Controls in Servicing System
  • Performs analytical review of the portfolio to ensure data integrity
  • Reviews posted payments to ensure accuracy
  • Reconcile and balance daily ledger to core system
  • Act as a liaison between Servicing and Finance by specifically assisting in the research and resolution of accounting related items
  • Reviews loans posted on previous day
  • Maintains current knowledge of operations, servicing mechanics, procedures, and Servicing System
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of banking experience in Loan Servicing and/or Lending environment
  • 2-4 years of experience as a System Administrator or technology field
  • Knowledge of Northridge Loan Servicing System (NLS) a plus
  • Knowledge of CRM and SalesForce a plus
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated excellence in analytical and organizational skills
  • Microsoft Excel expertise
  • Ability to solve problems independently
