Job Description

This position is an INSIDE SALES position; you must be comfortable with being on the phones.

  • Requirements:Must have sales experience.
  • Mortgage industry experience a huge plus
  • Must have a CA DBO licensed to receive top tier commissions

Salary/Compensation:

• $13.63 per hour

• Overtime paid as applicable

• Paid biweeklyMonthly Transfer Bonus Schedule (based on average number of transfers vs calendar workdays in a month)

• Must maintain a minimum average of five (5) live transfers to a licensed MLO each day

• Tier 1 6 per day average $5.00 per transfer

• Tier 2 10 per day average $8.00 per transfer

• Tier 3 15 per day average $10.00 per transfer

• Example:

• Tier 1 22 workdays = 132 transfers to hit bonus (6 X 22) X $5.00 = $660 bonus

• Tier 2 22 workdays = 220 transfers to hit bonus (10 X 22) x $8.00 = $1,760 bonus

• Tier 3 22 workdays = 330 transfers to hit bonus (15 X 22) X $10.00 = $3,300 bonus

CCA Completes the Intake Process:

• If no bankers are available for the call transfer, CCA will complete the intake process: o Intake process consists of completing Webform (Betty), input data into LOS, completing all applicable sections of the 1003, obtaining SSN and DOB.

• CCA will be compensated a flat rate of $15.00 per complete Intake

• Note: If previous Point file exists - prospect defaults to transfer schedule

• Transfer and intake bonuses paid on the 10th day of the following month

Funded Loan Bonus:

• $50.00 per funded loan for administrative assistance

• Paid on the 10th day of the following month Self-Generated Leads (not from S1C efforts):

• Must be licensed

• Lead must be declared as "self-generated" in communication log and signed off by senior manager prior to submission

• Borrower cannot have funded a loan in the past, unless declared as "self-generated" by you at the time of the original submission

• 100 bps on funded loans

• Paid on the 10th day of the following month

Benefits:

• $181 Paid towards Employee Medical, Dental, Vision Benefits/Month at 90 Days

• 50% of 24 Hour membership fees are company paid at 90 Days
