As a Sales Coordinator with Lux Bus America you get a chance to interact with high-profile clients such as professional sports teams, major tech companies and universities, while helping to drive sales in both northern and southern California.Your primary functions will include the following:

  • Scheduling, attending and even conducting meetings to build relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Achieving sales targets and KPI’s as set by the department.
  • Establishing & maintaining client relationships, with the mindset that our clients’ priority is our priority.
  • Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.
  • Liaising with operations to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
  • Prospect and develop new clients to the company, while focusing on high quality, high value.
  • Work with Management to define, implement and improve detailed sales strategies and plans for market segment growth.
  • Recommend changes in services and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • Exemplify the right combination of interpersonal and communication skills
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, services, new services, service schedules, marketing techniques, etc.; develop and implement incentive contents and sales programs.
  • Participate in evening/weekend networking and industry events as scheduled.
  • Be the direct liaison between sales and operations for last minute changes to itineraries and timings.
