Crown has an immediate opening for a BDC Service/Sales Follow up and Customer Retention Rep. This position follows up with customers by phone after a service visit or after sales to determine customer satisfaction. In addition, this position provides support to specific dealerships in regards to customer retention.
This is a full time position with Fridays off and a full day on Saturdays.
Position requires: Minimum of One Year Customer Service experience

- Run and print reports as needed for follow up
- Notify various departments regarding customer wants/needs.

- Track outgoing calls and contacts and report to Manager as needed.
- Handle customer retention functions by sending out emails and performing other functions, as needed.
- Assist in other BDC functions when needed.
- Keep work areas clean and neat
- Basic computer skills.
- Performs other duties as assigned based on company’s needs.
- One-year minimum, customer service experience
- Basic computer and telephone skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Team player
- Must have a professional appearance and demeanor.
