About this job

The Client Enrollment Processor will support the department through the handling/processing of a range of transactional activities in support of the Membership Services department. Additionally, the specialist will assist on the phone as needed in support of transactional activities and inbound customer needs.

Summary of Responsibilities
  • Work as a supporting member of the Sales organization including the handling of various administrative functions for the Membership Services department as received through various sources within pre-determined time frames
  • Entry of direct mail/check package/per-loads for client campaigns including contacting customers and/or clients to gather additional information missing from mail pieces
  • Act as a liaison between Call Center and Marketing departments to ensure timely completion of enrollment entry
  • Obtain, validate, document and distribute all sale verification requests pertaining to resolution of customer disputes and refund requests according to company policy
  • Daily communication with customers, Account Executives and/or vendors concerning questions, decisions, and specifications on pending sales verification requests including refund approvals and denials
  • Draft and distribute various follow-up letters to customers as requested including but not limited to cancellation requests, confirmation letters, option letters, sales verification letters as needed.
  • Review existing processes and offer suggestions to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and value to the organization
  • Direct daily interaction with various departments including but not limited to Accounts Payable/Receivable, HMS, Client Services, Marketing, Account Executives and Customer Service to resolve customer inquiries
  • Assist in the implementation of action plans in conjunction with Sales associates and management as directed
  • Participate in department initiatives and team projects as needed
  • Support the sales team by handling overflow calls in cases of extremely high call volume.
  • Perform client related projects and miscellaneous duties as assigned
  • Responsible for daily/weekly/monthly reporting on enrollments entered into production and those that are outstanding
  • Process incoming coupons and vouchers
  • Responsible for filing all documents for retrieval
  • Follow department guidelines for production inventory updates and maintenance
Education/Experience/Other Requirements
  • Diligent, self-starter, with the ability to perform in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Extreme attention to detail and willingness to take ownership
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Intermediate PC skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office; proficiency in Excel
  • High school or equivalent is required
  • Data Entry of at least 35 WPM
