We are seeking a results-oriented and highly motivated individual to help us grow our independent service provider network. The Network Administrator position will use the resources in the CCHS service network to locate and dispatch qualified service providers to perform service for CCHS customers and clients. This position is required to utilize the Internet and other sources to locate and hire new service providers to handle specific service requests and/or become a member of the CCHS service network. In addition this position will assist with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, mail correspondence, processing applications to be distributed to service providers, maintaining service provider database and filing system, and receiving and processing incoming calls.

Summary of Responsibilities:

Member Service Coordination
  • Locate service provider from CCHS service network to assist customer with service request
  • Solicit service providers to assist with a service request
  • Evaluate service requests to select appropriate service provider and course of action
  • Communicate status of dispatch request to the assigned service provider and customer
Service Provider Enrollment Support
  • Receive and process incoming calls from service providers
  • Utilize Internet and other methods to find potential service providers and establish contact lists
  • Review service provider documents and inquiries to determine appropriate distribution to include dispatch requests, approval requests, and invoices
  • Prepare, deliver, receive, review and process service provider enrollment application(s)
  • Maintain service network database. Create service provider profiles by entering data into computer
  • Maintain service network filing system by sorting/filing enrollment files alphabetically, chronologically, and numerically with minimal errors
  • Perform special projects and duties as assigned
Required Education/Experience/ Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 months customer service and/or clerical/administrative experience
  • Data entry/Typing skills of at least 35 wpm
  • Basic PC knowledge, internet usage imperative
  • Proficiency in MS office applications (Word, Excel)
  • Strong oral and written communications skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to perform in a fast pace environment with minimal direct supervision
  • Ability to multi-tasks on a daily basis, manage, and prioritize assignments
