Commercial Sales Representative

CroppMetcalfe is looking for a talented and experienced Commercial HVAC Salesperson to join our team. You've heard our name for years and now we want you to help serve the needs of our commercial customers. Here are some things you'll be responsible for:

• Work with our customers both internal and external to identify and provide solutions
• Meeting with both current and prospective customers
• Provide and present written detailed proposals
• Ability to present information to a group
• Surveying properties and businesses to review customer needs
• Firm engagement in the process

Here's what we need from you:

• Sales experience is required with HVAC sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong relationship building skills
• Understanding of business trade relationships
• Elevated capacity to learn and grow
• A proven track record of building and expanding customer relationships
• Driven for success
• Business development/marketing skills
• Ability to thrive in a team setting
• Driver’s license in good standing
• Passion for making the lives of others better
