Primary Function
The Business Agent is responsible for actively partaking in all team activities and striving to be a contributing member of the team. Agents will have clearly defined goals and objectives for the sales process (funnel volume) they must strive to meet and exceed. Responsibly communicating any barriers to their ability to achieve goals to their Team Coach is key to success and growth. Business Agents will create relationships with target business clients for each assigned project. Utilizing product knowledge, basic scripting tools, the CRM system and objection handling techniques the Business Agents responsibility is ultimately to obtain the clients business and provide them with a quality product.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Follow process guidelines

  • Accurately record all sales activities
  • Maintain scheduled follow ups
  • Keep complete and accurate client data in CRM system
  • Provide product descriptions to potential clients

Professional Qualification Requirements
  • Experience in an outbound call center environment, certain inbound experience may be considered equivalent, but experience must include sales and an incentive based environment.
  • An enthusiastic positive outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including a very articulate phone voice
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Friendly, helpful attitude
  • Self-motivating
  • Excellent attendance
  • Experience in a telesales and/or performance based environment is a plus
  • Business to business sales and account management experience is a plus
  • Mortgage or Real Estate experience is a plus
  • Be coachable
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Understanding of the Consultative Sales Approach is a plus
