We are seeking an Account Supervisor to join our Orange County team. The candidate should have an interest in automotive marketing. We touch all aspects of Customer Relationship Marketing which includes direct mail, email, digital, data base, and analytics. You will work closely with the account and project management team to ensure the email campaigns delivers on time, on brief, within budget all while maintaining quality.
  • Strong Automotive marketing experience
  • Possesses extensive experience driving email campaign marketing/CRM, digital, and/or database solutions
  • Understands and supports the agency’s vision, its core tenets, its unique culture, and its revenue model. Puts the agency at the forefront of his or her decision making
  • Possesses a charismatic, engaging personality and can successfully interact with senior/executive level client contacts
  • Work closely with data team and strategists to report correctly. Able to explain these reports and activities to the client.
  • Builds client relationships with in-person meetings – travel to client meetings will be an important part of this position

  • Gives internal teams the information they need to deliver highest quality work for our clients
  • Ensures all client interactions are conducted professionally and that all promises made to the client are kept

  • Successful track record of marketing strategy and program management
  • Powerful oral and written communicator
  • Proven ability to motivate staff, peers and clients in a team environment
  • High level of maturity and judgment to represent the agency and client in a polished, intelligent manner
  • Strong analytical skills required to integrate analytics into successful marketing actions
  • Experience of working across multiple geographical regions is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management or Advertising
  • Willingness to travel to our home office in Farmington Hills, Michigan
