Office Administrator

The office administrator plays an essential role throughout the entire Cooks Collision customer service experience. Reporting directly to the location manager, the office administrator performs administrative and office support activities for the location, committed to providing all Cooks Collision customers with superior quality and a flawless experience.

Position Requirements:
  • A minimum of two years’ experience as an office administrator (automotive industry a plus
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a simultaneously and independently fast paced work environment
  • Predictable and reliable attendance required
  • Maintain positive attitude while greeting and assisting customer by phone or in person
  • Good verbal and written communications
  • Knowledge, techniques, and principles of word processing and database software applications
  • Must be able to pass a complete background check and pre-employment drug test
