Customer Service Representative
A customer service representative will be responsible for providing professional, courteous and exceptional service to all customers, while managing schedules, insurance assignments, and folder creation. The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in maintaining the store reputation and image. The ultimate target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Position Requirements:- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a simultaneously and independently fast paced work environment
- Predictable and reliable attendance required
- Maintain positive attitude while greeting and assisting customer by phone or in person
- Good verbal and written communications
- Knowledge, techniques, and principles of word processing and database software applications
- Must be able to pass a complete background check and pre-employment drug test
