Customer Service Representative - Full-time / Part-time

We're now offering open interviews, Wednesdays from 2:00-4:00 and Fridays from 3:00-5:00 and the first Saturday of every month from 9:00-11:00 (Saturday event will be 10/7/2017)! Stop in during those times for a tour of our building and an interview!

As a Customer Account Advisor You Get To:

Our Ideal Candidate:

• 1+ year’s exceptional customer service experience
• Must have basic computer skills/typing ability
• Aptitude to quickly learn and navigate new technology systems and applications
• Have stable employment history with a track record of success
• Must possess a professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone
• The ability to actively listen and communicate with our customers, like an expert
• Be able to multi-task and provide explanations in simple terms
• A basic understanding of cellular phones and cellular industry is preferred, but not necessary
