Our Front Desk Associate is the first impression for our office! You a responsible for maintaining a neat and organized Front Desk; and dealing with guests, staff, applicants, solicitors, and marketers in a friendly and professional manner.

Your administrative duties will include answering multiple incoming lines in a professional manner, directing calls, taking detailed messages, distributing mail and faxes, process incoming emails, data entry, maintaining spreadsheets, maintain stock of office supplies and literature while working within a budget, and assist with other tasks as directed.

The skills required for this position include a friendly demeanor, ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and in writing; functional computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Office, and the ability to prioritize and multi task.
