Client Service Coordinator - Bay Area - Veterinary

We are looking for a new Client Service Coordinator at our gorgeous Campbell Hospital!
Who you are:
Do you love providing exceptional service to customers and colleagues? Do you love animals? Are you interested in or have prior Veterinary hospital experience? If so, wed love to meet you. You will be challenged, you will learn, your compassion, skills, and ambition will be rewarded.
Some of the responsibilities you may own in this role:
- Greeting clients and being the first face of SAGE Centers
- Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and preparing our clients for their visit
- Helping coordinate workflow between clients and the clinical team
- Compiling veterinary medical charts
- Entering client and patient data into our hospital information system
- Collecting payments and other administrative duties
Basic required qualifications:
- High school diploma and minimum one year of customer service related work experience - veterinary experience a huge plus!
- At least one year of hospitality experience (e.g., creating a friendly and receptive environment for clients)
- Competent computer skills including reliable and consistent ability to enter data into medical records; effective working knowledge of MS-Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Type 45+ wpm and use 10-key calculator
- Valid California drivers license with proper vehicle registration, and Californias minimum automobile insurance coverage requireme
Work Schedule:
- Full-Time
- 4/10 Schedule (4 10 hour days per week)
