Job Description
Compass is seeking candidates interested in a supportive and challenging work environment that will help build or sustain a solid foundation for a career in the mental health field.
Full or part-time (15+ hours per week) positions are available to work with children and their families in their homes in the afternoons and early evenings. Clients in this program have behavioral and emotional difficulties such that they are at risk for removal from their homes. We hold a very high standard for the ethical treatment of children and their families. We provide excellent clinical supervision, including supervision toward licensure. We partner with colleges and universities to support student internships and practicums where possible and appropriate. We offer a supportive, healthy work culture with considerable room for advancement, flexible scheduling, and a competitive wage and benefits package.
Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in a human services field and 12 months experience working with a clinical population of youth.

- Use videotaping as way to provide in-depth supervision and training.
- Network and develop relationships with professionals from various agencies in the community, including social services, schools, community service boards, physicians, etc.
- Be part of a multidisciplinary team of professionals who all share a passion for this work.
Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in a human services field and 12 months experience working with a clinical population of youth.

Required education:
- Bachelor's degree in a human services field (Criminal Justice Degree does NOT qualify)
- Clinical mental health experience specifically with children : 1 year
