What do they spend their time doing?
• Developing and a strong client base through strategic outbound calling
• Creating proposals for clients in all industries (think healthcare, higher education, corporate, etc).
• Generating repeat business with strategic accounts by continually identifying and meeting customer needs within their budgets
• Hitting sales plan targets
• Developing strong working relationships with the technical team members they rely upon
What background do you need to rock this job?
• Proven B2B sales success in AV or a related industry
• Experience in high-level contract negotiations
• Experience working with Fortune 500 accounts
• Experience in business development
• Proven ability to initiate and maintain long-term growth while work in a fast-paced team environment
• Experience in enterprise and corporate verticals
• Top-notch written and interpersonal communications skills. It's hard to sell group communications technology if you can't describe it!
• While you love the rush that comes from a sale, you also know how to keep the pipeline full and don't mind the hard work that is associated with building it
