What do they spend their time doing?
• Lead by communicating and working constantly with all team members towards successful installation projects
• Perform equipment installation, testing, and troubleshooting for AV projects at commercial client sites
• Pull wire, providing structural mounting of equipment (including projectors, displays, microphones and speakers)
• Keep client sites appropriately clean

What background do you need to rock this job?
• Experience leading installation crews
• Familiarity with audio/video systems
• Knowledgeable of low voltage electrical concepts (and a low voltage license in some states)
• Basic carpentry and installation skills
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot most common technical problems
• Clean driving record, now and in the future
• Willingness to travel (mostly within your home state)
• Pride in a job well done
