he Marketing Communications Assistant coordinates and assists with the day-to-day marketing activities of the organization and helps create a long-term marketing strategy for the company. He/She is responsible for utilizing the CRM platform to integrate Sales & Marketing initiatives and optimizing the Customer Experience.
This position reports to Regional Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
• Manage marketing communications via social media platforms
• Manage direct communication between customers and distributors
• Co-lead all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department
• Coordinate off site trade shows, sales meetings, and distributor council meetings.
• Implementing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives
• Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities
• Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans
• Planning and implementing promotional campaigns all within departmental budgets
• Preparing digital and print marketing campaigns
• Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications
• Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company departments are kept informed of marketing objectives
• Overseeing direct communications with customers through the CRM
Qualifications
Bachelors - Marketing or equivalent
0-2+ years of related Marketing experience S
trong creative outlook
Good interpersonal and sales skills with customers and inside personnel
Strong verbal and written communication skills a must
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Experience in Illustrator preferred
Experience in CRM implementation and usage preferred;
experience with Microsoft Dynamics highly preferred
Excellent analytical, administrative, communications and organizational skills
Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship now or in the future
