Inbound/Outbound Sales Representative - Full-time / Part-time

We are searching for a few talented individuals to work as inbound/outbound sales agents for the Caleb Hayes Real Estate Group as soon as possible.

We'll provide the support, ongoing training and development; you provide the drive and ambition! We’re looking for motivated individuals who want to work smart, tenaciously follow up with customers and be rewarded for their success!

Responsibilities include:

• Working a daily list of potential clients to set appointments with our real estate agents
• Taking inbound calls from potential clients to provide information on listed properties and set appointments with agents
• Nurturing contacts to set appointments at a later date
• Following up with our agents once the appointment is set to assist with the buying or selling process
• Updating our database based on the leads and contacts made

Required qualifications include:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to follow a set schedule
• Ability to make outbound calls and take inbound calls
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Willing to work some weekends
• Willing to get your real estate license
• Previous on-the-phone experience

Preferred qualifications include:

• Sales experience
• Call center experience

Schedules:

• Monday through Friday 8 am to 4 pm with rotating weekends
• Monday through Friday 12 pm to 8 pm with rotating weekends

Pay:

• Base salary for probationary period, then transitioning to combination of base salary and commission
