The CRM Administrator is responsible for supporting the company’s Microsoft Dynamics CRM application. In this role, the Administrator collaborates with the business units and provides expert technical support in the strategic planning, design, development, implementation, and ongoing administration and user support of the company’s enterprise CRM solution
  • Play a key role on the CRM team as a technical expert, "super user" and system administrator.
  • Work with business users and the Applications Team to identify, prioritize and document requirements for CRM technology enhancements and workflow improvements.
  • Coordinate system design activities and perform business/system impact analysis on initiatives to introduce, modify or upgrade CRM applications.
  • Develop custom CRM reports and dashboards requested by the business lines.
  • Follow the company's System’s Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices, methodologies and change control policy in the development and rollout of CRM technologies.
  • Provide expert system administration support for the CRM applications across all business lines, conforming to established best practices and including researching and troubleshooting application bugs, replicating issues in the test environment, performing hot fixes, and coordinating upgrades.
  • Support integrations between CRM and other databases.
  • Assist in development of end user documentation, including application training manuals, job aids and workflows.
  • Assist users with day-to-day issues, problems and questions.
  • Coordinate various activities in support of CRM data management and disaster recovery.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical job experience
  • 2 years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • 4+ years’ experience as administrator of Dynamics CRM 2011 or later versions
  • Current Microsoft Dynamics Customization and Configuration certification required
  • Experience with ClickDimensions and Scribe preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM workflow design, business process flow configuration, integration, and report development.
  • Demonstrated experience with SDLC concepts, methodologies and techniques.
  • Experience in managing projects, coordinating process reengineering efforts and workflow analysis.
  • Highly organized ability to think creatively, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexible team player with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with all levels of business clients.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, highly driven and self-motivated.
