Rimrock Design, Inc. is a commercial flooring company primarily installing hard tile on projects nationwide. We are a traveling contractor focused on corporate clients relationships and General Contractors who also travel. We have good relationships with Tile Manufacturers to bring quality products direct to our clients. We are located in North Florida and target hospitality, theaters, restaurants, and grocery stores nationwide.

We are looking for a Senior Sales Representative to build relationships within an assigned market sector.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze assigned territory/market to identify/prospect key customers
• Meet with or phone potential new and existing customers
• Assist in and oversee estimates created by the estimating team for your clients projects
• Deliver effective sales presentations
• Deliver superior territory management including the building of customer relationships, building brand awareness, and providing customer training in the company's products
• Attend and represent the company in industry tradeshows
• Coordinate efforts with the activities of company's existing sales team
• Maintain open communication with company's management team
• Could require extensive travel

Candidate Qualifications

• Must have business-to-business/outside sales experience in the tile industry
• Understand and read blueprints
• Able to work independently and manage time efficiently and effectively
• Strong customer and business development focus
• Must be a team player and adaptable to project managements
• Knowledge of various sales tactics
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation

• We offer a base salary, expense account/reimbursement plus generous commission structure.
• The base salary is negotiable and determined upon proven sales experience in the industry.

Job Type: Full-time, remote sales.

Required experience:

• Sales Experience in the Ceramic Tile Industry: 5 years
• Sales Experience to General Contractors
