Job Description
We are seeking a Retail Sales Supervisor to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team.

We are looking for a Full time Retail Sales Supervisor to join us and become a part of the dynamic and growing illy team in San Francisco (Financial District).
The Retail Supervisor has the responsibilities of listening to customer needs, finding products that meet their needs, providing in depth product information about the goods they are interested in, and closing the sale.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Lead by example and model behavior that cultivates and reflects the company's core values
• Ensure a high level of customer services through extensive product knowledge and product ownership
• Keep store well-stocked, neat, clean and organized
• Process shipments
• Assist with special projects as needed
• A brand ambassador to all customers, both in person and via telephone
Requirements:
• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent attendance and reliability
• Legally eligible to work in the US
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Can stand for several hours a day
• Ability to lift 30 lbs
• Stocking
• One year of retail sales experience selling premium products a plus
• Basic math and computer skills, ability to use cash register
