Assistant Store Manager (MVP)

If you like sales, are driven and have a technical aptitude then the Assistant Manager – MVP position is just for you! The MVP is responsible for assisting the store's manager with running the store, as well as day-off coverage for both managers and technicians. That position includes being able to do a little bit of everything: repairing cell phones and tablets, marketing to the local community, assisting customers, selling, keeping the store clean, and overall supporting their team. We want someone who is proactive, has a positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow.

This is full-time position for our Prescott, AZ store. The stores are open Monday thru Saturday (09:00 AM- 06:00 PM)

• General Knowledge of Apple Hardware and Software
• Ability to Repair Cell Phones and Tablet Devices
• General knowledge of using a retail POS
• Skills in Customer Service and Sales

Education and Experience

• Degree or equivalent experience: High school Diploma, College preferred but not required.
• Experience managing in a retail atmosphere or equivalent experience in management of people.
• Specialized training in: Sales, Customer Service and Organization.
• Training in device repairs
• Other requirements (certifications and so forth): No certification required, but will need to be able to adhere to iQue’s training and standards of excellence including our IQUE ROAD sales process.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is often exposed to phone calls, customer service, and requirements for up sales. The employee also is exposed to glass, metal, and materials that could cause damage to their skin via repair, but have been provided with Safety guidelines as to ensure proper use of equipment. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.
