Home Improvement Sales Representative

Established Home Improvement company is searching for two experienced home improvement sales representative to go out on leads, close deals, and manage their projects. Applicants must have a current CSLB Sales Rep License, or must be willing to get one within two weeks of hiring. The ideal candidate will be a go-getter, personable, knowledgeable on the construction industry, and able to generate more business from existing leads through referrals, and hungry (but not starving) to sell.

Sales Representative Responsibilities

• Wear attire with the company logo at every lead
• Represent the company in a polite and professional manner
• Must be able to read the client; must know when to push and when to relax
• Must be able to manage several home improvement projects at the same time while generating new sales
  • After a certain number of projects are running, a runner will be assigned to manage the jobs
• Networking with clients and generating new leads

Required Experience

• 2 years minimum as a home improvement sales representative. This is different than normal construction sales.
• 2 years minimum experience managing small construction projects ($5,000-$150,000)
