Job Description
Seeking retail associates who are passionate about helping our customers find the right products to stay healthy and achieve their running goals. Experience as a runner is required, recreational or competitive. Staff members will be responsible for:
- Performing fitting and gait analysis in order to ensure the customer leaves with the correct fit and shoe.
- Promoting awareness of the brand lineup.
- Assessing customers' running goals and engaging with the local run community through group events.
- Receiving inventory, processing transactions, keeping the premises clean and free of clutter.
- Maintaining high level of passion and professionalism at all times.
- Availability is required to work evenings until 7pm and some weekends.
This position is part-time. Employees will have the opportunity to work as part of a start-up and gain a first-hand perspective of a new business entering the market. Employees will also have the opportunity to work as ambassadors for various product lines carried by the store.
