Baker - Full-time / Part-time

We are interviewing for an addition to our baking team. Our bakers are hardworking, punctual and safety conscious. They must have experience working within a commercial bakery environment, producing large volumes of items that are shipped to our retail locations and wholesale clients. They must have minimum three years experience with a wide variety baked goods. Their knowledge must include the following:

1. Following recipes.

2.Working with rack ovens.

3. Scaling.

4. Mixing.

5. Shaping/Forming loaves and baguettes.
