Job Description
The night shift manager will provide the following duties:
-Inform management on the status of supplies
-Resolve employee issues and discrepancies
-Train new employees
-Maintain facility keys
-Attend all meetings as required
-Oversee and supervise cleaning crews
-Must be punctual for shift, ready to assist the crew and give instructions
-Must learn specific cleaning techniques and follow all rules and policies
-Adhere to all safety procedures
-Must have a valid drivers license
-Ability to handle pressure and work under deadlines
-Must perform quality control checks after the work is finished in each cleaned area
-The night shift manager is responsible for following cleaning scopes and ensuring that all cleaners perform assigned jobs as required
-Maintain and complete proper documentation daily
-Must be a team player and work along with the crews to ensure jobs are completed in a timely manner
Requirements: The candidate must have a high school diploma. Managerial experience is a must. The selected candidate must be reliable and dependable, able to work 9:00PM until 1:30AM nightly Mon-Fri and some weekends 5:30PM- 9:00PM. Background checks will be required.
