Job Description
• Develop replenishment order requirements based on the analysis and interpretation of forecasts by product group, type or SKU level data
• Coordinate with vendors and/or manufacturing facilities to ensure the synchronization of replenishment orders with plant production capacities
• Support inventory requirements and shipments with factory production control personnel for all new product introductions, promotional and seasonal inventory requirements, national account and utility inventory requirements and other market specific inventory programs
• Meet inventory performance objectives including inventory turn targets and applicable customer service levels
• Develop tactical plans to support overall inventory optimization strategies focused on enhancing customer fulfillment with less on-hand inventory
• Maintain accurate master data in ERP system to support DRP processing continuous improvement objectives
• Work with production control personnel and division logistics planners to minimize overall supply chain costs and maximize supply chain efficiencies
• Monitor and release all vendor pricing discrepancies or blocked invoices for payment issues
• Expedite orders and ensure delivery schedules are met
• Advise internal customers of any issues with orders and/or pertinent shipping information
• Monitor all pricing levels with suppliers and the company.
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year of planning experience
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• Must be able to work in the United States
REQUIRED Qualifications:
- Experience with ERP systems
- Experience in planning for finished goods
- Microsoft AX experience preferred

• Ability to calculate inventory turns, safety stocks, reorder points, days of supply related to inventory metrics and goals
• Ability to calculate and analyze averages, standard deviation, and percentiles of discrete data sets to identify the best stocking algorithms.
• CPIM certification PREFERRED
