Job Description
We are seeking an Athletic Apparel & Equipment/Corporate Apparel Sales Associate to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up on Company driven leads as well as create new leads
- Be responsible for growing and maintaining customer base
- Explain products and services to customers
- Help with collections when necessary
- Enter customer orders
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales in Sporting Goods world, as well as have a current customer base
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a team setting
- Understanding of artwork and logos
- Must live in area in order to report to office/showroom
