HVAC Service Manager/Head Technician - $15,000 SIGNING BONUS!

Looking for a divisional leader…..

We’re looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual to build and manage a light commercial/residential up front pricing model HVAC business. The foundation of our business is operational and ready for an organized, driven, and hardworking individual, with technical as well as management skills, to take control and continuously strive for success. The right person will recognize this opportunity as “ground floor” and the endless potential for success. Are you interested in being the force that drives this organization forward with the support and backing of a stable corporation? We are currently expanding into the local market and seek the right manager to develop this business and support day-to-day operation of this new division.

We have the infrastructure, office space, office personnel, insurances, trucks, warehouse, supplier accounts, digital marketing and all other necessary items in place.

· 100K+ starting salary first year. (Negotiated)

Potential Candidate Skill Set:

· Must have solid HVAC technical background and service experience.

· Ownership mentality.

· Willingness and physical ability to be “hands-on” in the beginning.

· Have light commercial & residential quoting and equipment replacement knowledge.

· Be able to recruit and train technicians with hands on approach.

· Sales forecasting and budgeting knowledge.

· Business development forecasting and benchmarking.

· Have basic marketing and audience knowledge for targeted business development campaigning.

· Have a book of client lists and or a customer following.

· Bonus if you have background in “flat rate” residential service, quoting, and invoicing platform.

 

Minimum 5 year employment contract.

Non-compete required.
