Job Description
Purple Cow Drycleaner is now hiring for a part-time cashier/counter clerk position in the Brentwood/Cool Springs area!
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Tag customer orders
- Separate orders by cleaning type
- Identify stains or problems with material at customer drop off
- Explain services to customers as needed
- Assemble customer orders for pick-up
- Receive payment from customers at pick-up
- Investigate and resolve minor customer complaints
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields preferred
- Ability to work alone or with a team
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to problem solve minor issues
All applicants must be willing to work 9:00a-4:00pm on Saturdays. Bi-weekly payroll. Direct Deposit optional.
