Job Description
Job Duties Include:
Supports the office proposal process as directed, including writing and coordinating pitch documents
Selling of eLearning to large corporations through email, phone, desktop shares, and face to face meetings
Creates, tracks, and produce direct & email marketing campaigns.
Conducts business intelligence research to aid sales pursuits. Gathers and analyzes marketing, SEO, and social media data.
Selects and targets prospective customer lists to send marketing materials.
Coordinates client/prospect events, including seminars, trade shows, and networking events
Supports implementation of marketing tactics, such as e-mailing, sponsorships, and advertising of our services
Maintain and work the company conference booth and industry conferences
Supports the current social network strategy by actively being involved in Social Media
Maintains the office pipeline report in collaboration with office leadership
Assists with CRM database management projects & data analysis
Coordinates office participation in the firm’s client interview/survey process
Conduct sales presentations via Desktop share to potential clients
Write proposals for consultative and development scopes of work
Thrives on results and has great interpersonal and administrative skills
Cold calling and emailing of potential clients to establish a rapport and/or brand awareness
Additional sales related duties as needed such as but not limited to, assisting with marketing efforts, setup and tear down of conference booths, etc.
Job Requirements:
Associates degree in sales, marketing, communications, business or a related field required
Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; professional services experience preferred
Self-directed professional with strong interpersonal skills
Analytical thinker with solid project management capabilities
Strong verbal and presentation skills
Client service oriented (both internal and external)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Efficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Google Docs)
Familiar with ZohoCRM and The Consultative Sales Processes
