Associate Manager, Digital Operations
The Online Consumer Marketing group is responsible for audience development and online subscription production across Condé Nast and Hearst brands. By leveraging the power of Condé Nast and Hearst brands and other assets, we build and engage the audience in order to drive revenue via print and digital subscriptions. The Associate Manager, Digital Operations will work closely with the Sr. Operations Manager to execute on the strategies developed to drive consumer revenue. The Associate Manager, Digital Operations will work independently on operational production and maintenance of consumer marketing units on relevant websites.
Primary Responsibilities:
Support the online operations & marketing team leads in executing and launching campaigns on time and error free
Understand creative/technical specifications of a promotion and help build out campaigns in our online CMS
Traffic digital campaigns when ready to launch
Ensure accurate implementation of all campaign settings and setup via a thorough Quality Assurance process
Provide status updates via an online marketing calendar and be able to identify any dependencies and risks to timelines
Continual administrative support on all marketing campaigns as needed
Build and maintain positive communication between internal teams
Required Skills and Experience:
Ability to work as part of team and independently
Strong ability to assess priorities and multi-task
Organized, self-directed, flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Outstanding attention to detail
Adapt to face-paced environment and take direction from multiple people
Strong communication, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Effective time management skills
Basic knowledge of HTML
Experience in MS office suite (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
Able to work with data and in online systems quickly and accurately
Interest in the media industry, consumer marketing, and digital strategies are a plus
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
