Job Description:

Dealers Auto Auction seeks an Internet Sales Coordinator to join their team.

Duties of the position include:

·         Coordinate online vehicle posting platforms for selling of vehicles

·         Process vehicle transactions

·         Oversee administrative paperwork for the Online Department

·         Work with Sellers and Buyers to facilitate and process sales

·         Provide superior customer service to vehicle buyers and sellers

·         Reports directly to the Internet Sales Manager

·         Offer business solutions to dealers through face to face contact and proposals

·         Perform and/or train others to conduct accurate and timely Vehicle Condition Reports including photos

Ideal candidate will possess the following skill set and traits:

·         Administrative and/or customer service experience required

·         Sales experience desired but not required

·         Self-starter capable of excellent time management

·         Relationship builder who can quickly build and maintain rapport internally and externally

·         Customer service focused with exceptional positive attitude

·         Ability to contribute to the workplace in a positive way

·         Excellent communicator – both written and oral

·         Timely follow-through and accurate reporting
